Credifax is a progressive, Canadian owned company specializing in all aspects of commercial and consumer accounts receivable management. The Company currently requires an administrative support person. Primary responsibilities include: general reception, answering operator directed calls and fielding inquiries, data entry of new debts, entry of A/P invoices and prospect/client records, general mail duties, filing, processing and posting all collection and client payments and managing stationary and office supplies. The successful candidate will have advanced experience with Excel and Word mail merge. Experience with Simply Accounting is preferred, but not essential. Preference will be given to bilingual (English & French) candidates. We offer a comprehensive remuneration package including competitive salary, health and dental care benefits.
