In addition to our online exchange, Credifax also offers group meeting services. In person meetings add additional information for credit grantors to make more informed decisions. Unlike the online exchange which is data driven based on accounts receivable information and negative occurrences, group meetings add additional information that is not found in regular credit reporting services. Information about creditors relationship with other suppliers and customers, issues with jobs being performed by the creditor, handling issues with the creditor’s payment habits and methods are just some of the additional information that are exchanged at meetings.

While it’s widely held that in person meetings develop trust and network development between credit grantors, Credifax has developed a hybrid of our meeting services to include combined in person and Zoom format allowing members to choose their format on a meeting-by-meeting basis, improving the overall group participation.

Subjects that are discussed at a meeting are vetted by Credifax in advance of the meeting to verify the legal name of the subject company. In addition to group meeting members trade information, Credifax also imports all legal and CRA data, collection data entry data, member alerts and additional trade data available from all group exchanges reports, into the subject report of the group meeting agenda.
