A skip trace is classified as a successful locate of a person by:

• Providing or confirming location information at a residence.
• Providing or confirming location information at a place of employment.

Location information consists of a physical address including a postal code. A telephone number will be included where possible, at no extra charge. There are circumstances where it is not possible to obtain a telephone number (i.e. the person has no telephone).
